Battle City History
Home, Online and NES run Tank 1990, a Battle City modification with a lettered TANK menu. The 1985 page runs original Battle City (Japan). The 35-stage atlas describes the original edition. The two editions keep separate manual browser saves.
Start with the control reference, compare versions in our history guide, or browse captured gameplay and original tactical diagrams. The strategy that matters most is simple: keep watching the approach to your base, even when the action moves up the screen.
